Summer So Far

Nate might be 4 but he still likes to be babied. He's getting better though instead of staying inside all the time he's venturing outside more often. Spence is 10 but he still puts his shirts on backwards or inside out.
Last night Dad took me,Spence, and Andrew to a World Cup game. No we do not live in South Africa, but downtown we have a big screen where they show every game. We watched the 9:30 game between Brazil and Korea DPR. I cheered for the underdog Korea. This is their first time in the World Cup(Korea is the 105th best, Brazil is the best). They've won 5 times. Brazil won 2-1. The game ended at 11:40 but we left earlier when Brazil had a 2-0 lead. So we didn't see the Korean goal. We got into bed at 11:23, the latest ever (other than New Year's Eve). Oh, and Romania didn't get in the World Cup this year (sob) so I will have to cheer for America. Yes, if Romania did get in and played America I'd cheer for Romania!!
Today I played on our trampoline then I played 3 games of Connect 4 with Spence (I won all three),then I played Monopoly with Spence, and Andrew. Since it's a boring game we quit and I had to practice the piano. Mom said she ordered some church songbooks for me so I could play the piano in church.
Mom and Dad are thinking about signing me and Spence for swimming classes. Dad also took us out of wrestling class.
Now that it's summer, it's very very hot. Romania is a country with freezing winters, and hot,hot summers. So yesterday after cleaning the car, all the kids played with the hose we slid on our slide and drenched each other when they slid down. Then we all waited our turn to get drenched for a very long time.

  1. Hey Zach,

It's great to read your ramblings, especially about soccer! :)

I'm sorry I won't see you in camp this year. Hope you have a great time!
