School at last!!

Well, last week we started school. It's great! I'm in 6th grade this year. History is awesome this year!! So is Bible,and handwriting. I've always loved reading,history,geography,and Bible. This year we have typing lessons. We're taught with a computer program. You click on the destination you want to go (we can go around the world, time travel, and on a safari!! I'm on Level 3 because I had typing last year).
The big, empty building next to our house is being torn down. Their land is almost as big as ours. There is a gigantic building next to our house there going to tear down. They've already torn down the little shack in their back yard, so the workers could come tramping onto our lawn if they pleased. But dad set up a stump and said us kids can't pass the stump. The workers are prisoners from jail, so the police take some guys out of their prison cells, stuff them in the back of a van, and take them to the construction site. So there are police around the building, and in the building. "What are they building?" you might wonder. They are making a day-center for certain kinds of kids.
This year of school, we're going to have 4 weeks of school, 1 week free. As we're on our second week of school, in 2 more weeks, we'll have a school break. I'm kind of excited because we're going to Budapest, Hungary during our school break.
