The Zoo

Well, when we were all ready to go, we walked to the zoo. Boy, those animals were something else!! I felt sorry for some of them. The gorilla didn't seem to like the attention,while the polar bears kept bonking their their heads on the little doorways (obviously to get out). I saw a baby gazelle, who was probably born in a cage and would die in one. I saw strange looking birds and a... babirussa!! There were warthogs,hippos (they were doing interesting things),meercats, and a komodo dragon!! Well here are some pictures of God's wonderful creations.








Everyone loved the play-area.

The tiger was something else.



The camels were very, very rude.




The Aquarium was a hit. Everyone ran to and fro yelling,"Look at that fish!" "Look what that one's doing!" And Nate (who has a stuffed jellyfish named Jellyfish)was thrilled with those tiny little jellyfish," Jellyfish! Look it's Jellyfish!!"




Nate is just loving the zoo!!



Well, the zoo was a big blast!! I wish we can go there again!! When we got home, Nate thought he left Jellyfish is Budapest! Poor guy (he was almost in tears before mom found it in the suitcase). Nate also enjoyed the cameleon (because he has a stuffed one names Iggy). Joey loved the leopard. He kept calling it over,"Jonafan!!" At home he named his stuffed leopard Jonathan.
